    I work on an employment project and wanted to get a feel of the test for my learners who book on to it. Found most of the questions based on common sense. Fire extinguishers were tricky for me too so I will be asking learners to swot up on them.

      I have done a weeks course for my CSCS card, Im booked in for a week Monday, If it helps anyone, the pass is 45/50 which is 90% pass rate.
      The data base holds a 1000 questions, which you could be given anyone of these.
      Also, Just a little tip, read the questions carefully, most people fail because they do not read properly, it might say which one is ‘NOT’ that’s the part that can catch you. Or my say in one of your multiple choice answers ‘all of these’ or ‘all of the above’ just watch out for these, do your question, do submit, go back and check again

    Very helpful. Just keep doing test after test. Fire extinguishers are the most difficult, but been working on sites & in factorys for 15 years now & never seen a fire, but you also get told not to tackle them anyway and “proceed to the fire assembly points” haha.

    what is it with the fire extinguishers in over 25 years of working on site i have only ever seen 1 fire and as far as i am aware you shouldnt be using one unless your trained to.
