The overall goal of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme is to raise health and safety awareness among construction workers which in turn will minimize accidents and fatalities on-site.

Types of CSCS Test Centres
Because of the nature of the test, it can only be taken at a CITB approved centre. These include:
A fixed test centre operated by a delivery provider – With over 160 CSCS test centres across the UK it should be fairly easy to find a test centre where you live. If you book your test online you’ll have the option to choose the most convenient location to take your test.
An independent Internet Test Centre – Internet Test Centres or ITC’s are generally operated by colleges, training provider and commercial organizations. If you choose to take your test at one of these CSCS test centres you’ll need to contact them directly to book your test.
